Ideal for small families and friends travelling together, this room has 2 large beds, one double and one queen sized, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Decorated with a musical touch in honor of the cuvee Accord Tonique, this room is located on the second floor of the family farmhouse. It has an eastern facing window, and a view of vines and the shaded front terrace.

In homage to the estates natural wine production and shaded by the large chestnut tree which canopies the front terrace, this tranquil room has a peek-a-boo view of the vines. This room is perfect for a couple with its queen-sized bed and nice sized bathroom and shower.

With its southern facing window, this room benefits from sun throughout the day. With a nod to the PRO I.B. cuvee, this room has a touch of the old fashioned with its large fireplace, antique wooden headboard, and flowery quilt. The queen-sized bed is perfect for a couple.

Located in the heart of the family farmhouse, this room benefits from the sun throughout the day.
The most provincial and Ardechoise of all the bedrooms, with its high wood-beam ceiling, the antique silkworm fireplace, and queen-sized bed covered in a flowery quilt, it is perfect for a couple.

Our room that pays homage to the caves of the Ardeche and our Vinolithic cuvee with its touch of paleolithic times. Located in the heart of the family farmhouse, this room is spacious and cool in the summer months with its high, wood-beam ceiling and antique silkworm fireplace. The queen-sized bed and a large bathroom with an Italian style shower make it the perfect couples enclave.

In the summer season you can reserve a tasting with the winemaker, whether alone, for two or in a group.

Taste 5 wines: Parcelle Sud red, white, and rose & Parcelle Nord red and white.
- Immersion of the senses: 12€ per person
Taste 9 wines: ProIB (3 wines), Parcelle Sud (3 wines), Parcelle Nord (3 wines).
- The terroir through Nature (natural reds only): 15€ per person
Taste 9 wines: Accord Tonique (3 wines), Parcelle Sud (3 wines), Parcelle Nord (3 wines).
Nibble on local products (black olives, goat cheese and saucisson).
A Bucolic and Gourmand stroll
A Bucolic and Gourmand stroll
A journey of tasting and oenological immersion in the heart of the vineyards. Pause to discover the history and patrimony of the estate at the 6th century chapel, continue into the vineyard and discover the work of an organic winemaker, and finish in the wine cellar to learn about the trade of a natural winemaker.
At each stop, you will taste different organic wines for a total of 8 and paired with nibbles.
Weather permitting.
Visit in groups with a minimum of 8 people, by reservation only.

La Table de Cousignac is open seasonally, April, May and June, and September and October on weekend evenings only, and every evening in July and August.
Privatization for events is possible outside of these dates both noon and evening. The winemaker’s team can create a unique menu delved from the bistro and terroir with the elegance of gastronomy, in a perfect harmony of food and wine for your guests.
Activities and tastings are also possible. Quotation on request. Room rental optional.

Yoga in the Fields
Aurelie invites you to participate in Yoga Dancing in the heart of the fields of the estate or poolside. A poetic blend of yoga and dance for flexibility and the mental state and set to music. Aurelie is a medical doctor and art-therapist.

Aerial Hoop
Aerial Hoop
Aurelie invites you to discover the joys of aerial dancing in a hoop suspended from a powerful Oak tree in the heart of the vineyard. Live a freedom of body and a lightness of being when dancing in the air. Aurelie is a medical doctor and art-therapist.

Thai Chi in heaven
Mini trainings in Thai Chi Chuan in the garden of the Notre Dame de Cousignac Chapel. With its beautiful energy, this place lends itself perfectly to the discipline where concentration, harmony and anchoring blend, combining the styles of Yang, Chen, serpent, fan. It fills you with energy! Warm up is done with QiGong exercises.
Emeline is a Naturopath and an instructor of Chinese energy arts.
Saturday mornings from 9:30 to noon beginning in July.

SOPHRO NATURE
In the midst of nature and the heart of the vineyard, come renew yourself and enlarge your perceptions with relaxation techniques based on breathing and positive visualization.
Sophro-Nature combines a session of sophrology and the exploration of the senses around a tasting of the estates natural wines.

Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 to 10:45 am, beginning in June.
